Stephen Ladnier

Stephen Ladnier is currently the Area Estimating Manager at Trane Technologies, where they utilize their extensive background in engineering and service estimation. Prior to this role, Stephen served as a Regional Estimating Manager and a Service Estimator at Trane, and gained hands-on engineering experience in both the U.S. Coast Guard and The GEO Group, Inc. Stephen's military career included leadership roles as Ship Repair & Maintenance Manager and Propulsion Engineer, overseeing teams and managing complex systems. Stephen also contributed to community safety as a CPR instructor certified by the American Heart Association.
