Steve Earnest

Steve Earnest is a seasoned professional in digital services and building automation, currently serving as the Regional Digital Services Leader at Trane Technologies since August 2022. In this role, Steve oversees the Digital Services strategic business unit for the Mid-Atlantic Region, which includes significant offerings such as Trane Intelligent Services and Trane Autonomous Control. Prior to joining Trane, Steve spent 14 years at Tozour Energy Systems, progressing through various leadership roles, including Service Operations Manager, Digital Services and Service Controls Team Manager, and BAS Contracting Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing service projects, digital services, and building automation systems. Steve also worked as Technical Manager at Advanced Automation from October 2005 to June 2008. Steve earned a degree from Penn State University between 1983 and 1987.
