Steve Tarbell is an operations leader at Thermo King Americas, demonstrating over 25 years of experience in engineering, operations, operational excellence, supply chain, and strategy deployment. Previously, Steve served as the Director of Procurement Operations at Ingersoll Rand and held various roles at Eastman Kodak and Pactiv Corporation, where they focused on continuous improvement and lean enterprise management. Steve earned a Master's degree in Manufacturing Management & Leadership from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University.
