Steven Cantey

Steven Cantey is a Manufacturing Engineering Leader at Trane Technologies, specializing in Coils and Terminal Products. With extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering, they have led teams in process safety management and lean manufacturing initiatives at various companies, including Ingersoll Rand and Devro. Steven holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Troy State University and is pursuing a degree in Industrial Mechanical Engineering from South Carolina State University. They are a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and have multiple patents for machinery and process improvements.
