With more than 16 years of experience, Swikritee has demonstrated expertise in test planning, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination across global IT projects. Swikritee previously held senior roles at Pearson, Zebra Technologies, and Tata Consultancy Services, where they built robust QA practices and closely collaborated with business leaders to ensure quality outcomes.
