Thomas Ellis is an accomplished operational excellence leader with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Leader for Strategic Initiatives at Trane Technologies since 2018, Thomas has also held key roles at Ingersoll Rand, including Operational Excellence Leader for HVAC Parts & Supply, Growth Excellence Leader, and Value Stream Coach.
