Tiffany Willacker

Tiffany Willacker, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, demonstrating strategic leadership and support across various roles in major companies. At Caterpillar Inc., Tiffany served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, providing HR leadership during the consolidation of two facilities in Pontiac, IL. Subsequent roles included Senior HR Business Leader, overseeing four facilities and significantly increasing the production workforce, and Human Resources Business Leader, managing complex business operations amid facility closures. Currently, at Trane Technologies, Tiffany holds the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner, and recently transitioned to HR Leader for Applied Facilities. Tiffany obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
