Tracey Burns possesses extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning over 15 years. Burns served as Human Resources Leader for the Northeast US and Canada at Ingersoll Rand from April 2011 to January 2020, following a role as HR Manager with Trane, a division of Ingersoll Rand, from February 2005 to January 2010. In the interim between these positions, Burns advanced through various HR roles at Trane Technologies, including HR Leader for Strategic Sales, Digital & Energy Services and Controls, as well as Mergers & Acquisitions from January 2020 to September 2021. Currently, Burns holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources for North American Commercial HVAC at Trane Technologies, starting in March 2022. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Rollins College.
