Veronica Narvaez is an experienced professional in operational excellence and engineering, presently serving as the OpEx Team Leader for Trane Commercial HVAC in North America, along with roles as an OpEx Transformation Coach and Regional OpEx Leader. With previous experience as a District OpEx Leader at Ingersoll Rand and various engineering and management positions at Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc., Tenaris, and other organizations, Veronica has a strong background in continuous improvement and project management. Veronica is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Learning & Organizational Change at Baylor University, complementing a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
