Victor Chen

Victor Chen is currently the Engineering Director at Trane Technologies, where they leverage over a decade of experience in design engineering within the manufacturing industry, focusing on HVAC systems. Previously, they served as an Engineering Manager at Ingersoll Rand and held various engineering roles at TECO-Westinghouse Motor Company and Trane. Victor holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Thermal Energy Engineering and Power and Machinery Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, respectively, as well as an MBA from The University of Manchester. Their expertise encompasses new product design processes, DFSS, project management, and engineering talent development.
