Wayne Agostini

Wayne Agostini is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in treasury management and finance. Currently serving as Senior Treasury Manager at Trane Technologies since March 2020, Wayne has held similar senior roles at Ingersoll Rand since April 1994, where responsibilities have included Senior Treasury Manager, Assistant Global Cash Manager, Financial Risk Manager, Trade Finance Manager, and Area Credit Manager. Prior to these roles, Wayne was Assistant Vice President at United Jersey Bank from July 1989 to April 1994. Wayne holds an MBA in Global Business from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business (2007-2010) and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Delaware (1985-1989). Wayne's foundational education was completed at Bergen Catholic High School (1981-1985).
