Xiaojing Zhang

Xiaojing (Daisy) Zhang is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in human resources and operational management, currently serving as the HR Leader for AP HR Technologies & Rest of AP HR Solutions at Trane Technologies since September 2014. In this role, Xiaojing manages and continuously improves the HR Shared Service Model across Asia Pacific, leading the Workday project and overseeing vendor performance. Previously, Xiaojing held the positions of HR Support Service Manager and Travel Service Leader within Trane Technologies, where responsibilities included managing employee life cycle activities and optimizing travel services. Prior to joining Trane, Xiaojing served as Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Schaeffler, focusing on expatriate support, office administration, and cost reduction initiatives. Xiaojing is a graduate of Shanghai International Study University.
