Umer Khayam Elahi

Umer Khayam Elahi has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as a Marketing Associate for Team Envision PNEC NUST in the Shell Eco-marathon. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Marketing & Communications Specialist and Technical Project/Program Manager for NUST Formula Student Team-Pakistan, participating in international Formula Student competitions. In 2019, they joined ibex as an Acting Team Lead in Talent Acquisition, where they were responsible for recruiting talent for various domains. In 2021, they became a Talent Acquisition Officer at ibex and was responsible for mass-hiring for over 200 requisitions per month. Umer Khayam then worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Olive Digital Pvt Ltd and Trango Tech in 2022. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Eplanet Global, where they manage a team and recruits executives and C-level positions. Their responsibilities include managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process and optimizing the applicant tracking system. Throughout their career, Umer has demonstrated strong leadership and recruitment skills.

Umer Khayam Elahi's education history begins with their matriculation from Bahria Model School No,1 (Majeed SRE) in 2013. Umer Khayam then went on to obtain a high school diploma from Bahria College Karsaz, Karachi in 2015, with a focus on pre-engineering. Continuing their education, they enrolled at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
