Dave Boley

Dave joined the Trans Ash team in 2010 and has over 10 years of experience related to heavy civil construction and CCR projects. His areas of expertise include quality control, estimating, project controls, scheduling, and post-project analysis.

As the Quality Division Manager, he is responsible for the direction and oversite of the Quality Management Program for all job sites and provides support for contract management, scheduling, and technical reporting.

Dave holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati. PMI Scheduling Professional Certification holder from the Project Management Institute.
