Fraser Brown

Fraser Brown is currently the Project Controls Lead at Trans Mountain Expansion Project, overseeing project controls for significant capital projects and field services. They previously held positions as Pipeline Cost Lead and Cost Controller at Enbridge from 2017 to 2021 and served as a Quantity Surveyor/Construction Coordinator at Brion Energy from 2014 to 2016. Fraser's earlier experience includes being a Project Controls Specialist at Jacobs from 2011 to 2017 and working as a Laborer/Equipment Operator at Graham from 2006 to 2009. They hold an Honours degree in Energy Asset Management from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2011. Committed to safety, Fraser has maintained no lost time incidents in over 13 years of professional experience.
