Sezer Solak

Sezer Solak is a Security Manager at trans-o-flex, where they oversee corporate security at seven locations and lead the UKP warehouse. With prior experience as a Polizeikommissar(Anwärter) at Polizei Hessen, Sezer developed skills in criminal investigation, crisis management, and teamwork during a dual study program focused on protective police work. They also worked as a cashier at Netto Marken-Discount, ensuring efficient payment processes and high levels of customer service, and gained valuable experience supporting elementary school children during a voluntary social year at DRK-Kreisverband Odenwaldkreis. Sezer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Polizeivollzugsdienst from Hessische Hochschule für öffentliches Management und Sicherheit.
