Lucy Smith currently serves as the Human Resources Director at IntegraFin Holdings plc since May 2024 and has been with Transact since October 2010, progressing through various roles such as Head of HR, HR Manager, HR Business Partner, HR Adviser, Human Resources Assistant, and Process Risk and Control Administrator. Lucy holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resources Management from The Open University and an ILM Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring from In Good Company. Additionally, Lucy has achieved a CIPD intermediate diploma in Human Resources Management from Accacia Learning and earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Manchester.
