Jon Johnson is an experienced professional in CRM management and IT systems analysis, currently serving as the Sr Manager CRM & Web at Transact Campus Inc since July 2020. In this role, Jon supports and administers the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system, contributing to implementations by analyzing business requirements and ensuring system uptime. Previously, Jon co-founded Burbz and led the development of a MEAN web application. With a solid background as the IT Systems Analyst/CRM Admin at Valley of the Sun United Way and as the CRM Database Manager for the Phoenix Suns, Jon has developed and implemented various technology solutions, utilizing skills in SQL and CRM system customization.
