Les Willis

Les Willis has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT and engineering fields. Les most recently worked as the Senior Director of IT Applications at Transact Campus Inc. Prior to that, they served as the Director of IT at North American Interconnect for over 12 years, where they played a significant role in rebuilding the entire IT infrastructure and implementing SD-WAN globally. Before that, they held the position of Senior Web Engineer at PetSmart, where they oversaw the maintenance of web servers and applications, and was involved in the SAP ERP implementation. Les also has a strong engineering background, having worked in various engineering roles at Honeywell for over 16 years. In those roles, they were responsible for designing, managing, and commissioning industrial process control projects, implementing SCADA systems, and developing custom solutions for process control systems.

Les Willis obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Newcastle between 1979 and 1987. Additionally, they have achieved certifications including ITIL Foundation & Service Desk Training in 2014, Six Sigma - Green Belt from Honeywell in 2001, and an Electrician Craftsman's Certificate from the Apprenticeship Directorate of NSW, Australia in 1983.
