David Dolan

David Dolan has extensive experience in operations and network management, currently serving as the Head of Operations Management Office at Transaction Network Services since June 2003. In this role, David oversees global operations management processes, project management, and process excellence. Previous positions at Transaction Network Services include Senior Director of Global Network and Customer Service Delivery, Director of Global Network Planning & Delivery, and Director of EU Network Planning, Engineering, and Support, where David led teams responsible for network infrastructure delivery and management. Prior experience includes a LAN Support Engineer internship at O2 Ireland. David holds an MBA from Dublin City University and a B.Sc (Honours) in Computer Networks from Carlow Institute of Technology, along with ITIL Foundations Certification.
