Heidi Caudill is a Senior Customer Success Executive with 15 years of experience in account management and customer success strategies. Previously, Heidi managed the Customer Account Team at Peerless Network and held several roles at Inteliquent, including Sr. Director of Customer Success Management. Heidi's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Metropolitan State College of Denver and a Master's degree in Counselor Education from the University of Phoenix. Currently, Heidi serves as the Director of Client Engagement and Success at Transaction Network Services.
