Jim McLaughlin

Jim McLaughlin is the General Counsel and Secretary at Transaction Network Services. Jim has held this position since June of 2005. Prior to that, they were the Associate General Counsel at Transaction Network Services from June of 2002 to June of 2005. Before that, they were the General Counsel at MediaCenters, Inc. from March of 2000 to June of 2002.
