Mike Turner is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in delivering high-quality customer service and technical assistance in electronic bill presentment and payment systems, primarily at Transactis, a Mastercard Company. Since May 2020, Mike has excelled as a Technical Support Specialist, providing solutions and support for EBPP systems while collaborating with various teams to enhance system functionality.
