An Italian biotech innovative SME focused on Plant Molecular Farming: using plants as bioreactors to produce sustainable biopharmaceuticals and bioactives.

GREEN PLATFORMS

Whole plants and vegetal tissues substitute the traditional bioreactors, guaranteeing quality, safety, sustainability and flexibility.

Our technologies employ industrial rice varietis, wild tobacco leaves and optimized tissue coltures as production platform.

BIOPHARMACEUTICALS

Our core business focuses on therapeutic proteins for the treatment of rare diseases and niche applications.

We reached the proof of concept phase for recombinant human lysosomal enzymes and monoclonal antibodies.

Specific method patents cover our technologies.

BIO-ACTIVE MOLECULES

Our technology can produce green and sustainable anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidative and anti-ageing agents for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry.

We aim at promoting skin regeneration and stimulation of natural production of hyaluronic acid, collagen, and other bioactive compounds for a healthy skin.
