Aaron Carpenter

Aaron Carpenter is a seasoned executive in the legal and operational sectors, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and previously the Chief Operating Officer at Transact Payments since February 2019. Prior to this role, Aaron held the position of Chief Legal and Risk Officer at WaveCrest Group from September 2017 to January 2019, and served as Director at Ramparts European Law Firm from October 2014 to February 2017, where expertise was focused on corporate support for multinational companies in financial services, e-commerce, and technology. Earlier in the career, Aaron was Head of Legal Services at Gocompare.com from December 2012 to September 2014, responsible for negotiating commercial agreements and managing legal risk. Educational qualifications include a Law degree from Aberystwyth University and a Legal Practice Course from Cardiff University.
