Sami Start

Sami Start is the Co-Founder & CEO at Transak. Transak is a company that allows for the buying and selling of cryptocurrency in a fast, easy, and secure way. Sami has always had a passion for entrepreneurship and technology. Sami started their first software company when they were just 18 years old. Sami then went on to work as a software engineer for Smarkets and Optiver. In 2018, they participated in Entrepreneur First's BE2 Cohort. In 2019, they co-founded Transak with the goal of making cryptocurrency more accessible to everyone.

Sami Start completed a Bachelor of Science in Physics at Imperial College London. They then went on to complete a Master of Science in Computer Science at UCL.
