Swati Singh

Swati Singh has extensive work experience in the legal field. Swati is currently working as a Senior Legal Counsel at Transak since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Legal Counsel (India) at Sea from November 2021 to October 2022. Before joining Sea, Swati worked at Flipkart for a significant period of time, holding various roles including Senior Legal Counsel from July 2015 to November 2021, Legal Counsel II from June 2018 to December 2020, Legal Counsel I from January 2016 to June 2018, and Legal Consultant from July 2015 to December 2015. Swati also gained experience as a Legal Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited from April 2012 to April 2015 and as a Management Trainee in Secretarial and Compliance at Ratnabali Capital Markets Limited from October 2010 to February 2012.

Swati Singh's education history begins in 2004 when they enrolled in the Calcutta University to pursue a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. Swati completed this program in 2009. In 2007, while still studying at Calcutta University, Swati also joined the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Swati completed their Company Secretary program from this institution in 2010, specializing in Secretarial and Compliance.
