Dan Devine is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in financial advising and recovery coaching. Currently serving as a Retirement Planning Consultant at Transamerica since December 2022, Dan provides specialized support to Ascension Michigan employees through group educational meetings and individual retirement planning reviews. As the owner of Devine Guidance LLC since March 2022, Dan utilizes a person-centered approach to assist men in recovery from substance use disorders. Prior experience includes roles as a Peer Recovery Coach at CARE of Southeastern Michigan and Financial Advisor positions at Eschels Financial and Edward Jones. Dan started a career in journalism, holding the position of Assistant Sports Editor at The Oakland Press from 1998 to 2005, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
