John Webb, ERPA, TGPC, QKA, QPA, CPFA, ASRI, is the Senior Director of Plan Administration at Transamerica, where they manage compliance and risk for the retirement plans division. With extensive experience in retirement plan consulting and administration, they previously held leadership roles at institutions such as Nationwide Insurance and OneAmerica Financial Partners Inc., where they oversaw team management, compliance processes, and client education initiatives. John holds an MBA in Business Management from Montreat College, along with degrees in Music and Business Administration from Berea College.
