Mark Powers

Mark Powers is the Senior Director of Workplace Solutions Compliance (BD/RIA) at Transamerica, where they oversee regulatory compliance efforts. They have extensive experience in the financial sector, having previously held positions such as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Owl Rock Capital and Senior Investigator at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Mark earned a B.A. in History with a minor in Irish Studies from Boston College and has achieved several certifications, including Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and Certified Regulatory Compliance Professional (CRCP). They have actively participated in industry leadership roles, including serving as Chairman of the IPA Compliance Committee in 2016.
