Melissa Hover

Melissa Hover has an extensive background in both music education and management within the financial services sector. Beginning as a 5-12 Instrumental Music Instructor at Cedar Valley Catholic Schools and later at Jesup Community Schools, Melissa laid a strong foundation in educational leadership. Transitioning to the corporate world, Melissa held various roles at ING, including Lead New Business Coordinator, Team Lead for Life Licensing, and Manager for Business Processes. Experience continued to evolve at Transamerica, where Melissa serves as Director of Shared Support, ensuring operational efficiency and client service excellence. Notably, Melissa has also contributed as Deputy General Manager at Cognizant, managing client relationships and overseeing multiple teams, while demonstrating a commitment to improving service delivery and operational performance. Melissa holds a K-12 Bachelor of Music Education from Wartburg College.
