Stefan Adrian

Stefan Adrian is an experienced professional in customer service management and digital transformation, currently serving at Transatel since September 2023. Prior to this role, Stefan founded and led Dream ON IT as Chief Executive Officer from March 2021 to October 2023, focusing on business development and the implementation of ERP systems, notably entering the Romanian market as a Gold Partner for Bitrix24. Stefan also held the position of Digital Transformation Manager at Paragon Europe for six months in 2021, driving organizational change and innovation. As Director of Information Technology at RAP Group from November 2019 to March 2021, Stefan was responsible for department strategy and technology optimization. Additionally, Stefan managed implementation teams at ASK Foundation and served as Senior Process Specialist at Genpact, leading complex transitions and providing IT training to a large user base. Stefan holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2009-2014).
