Barbara Speet

Barbara Speet has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an Adviseur Labour Relations, HR Business Partner/Coach, and HR Manager Cabin Operations at Transavia since September 2017. Prior to this, Barbara held various roles at Air France-KLM from July 2005 to August 2017, including HR Manager for IT and Inflight Services, where responsibilities included providing management support and contributing to organizational development, employee engagement, and recruitment strategies. Earlier career milestones include positions at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, starting as a Cabin Attendant and later progressing to HR roles, as well as experience as an Intercedente at Tempo-Team. Barbara holds a degree in Arbeids- en Organisatiepsychologie from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has completed several specialized trainings, including Lean Six Sigma and HR Strategy at Nyenrode Business University.
