Robert Verkroost currently serves as the Head of Training and CTKI at Orbit Groundschool since March 2023. With extensive experience at Transavia since September 2005, Robert holds positions as a Type Rating Examiner (TRE) and Type Rating Instructor (TRI) for the B737-300/900 and has also served as an Airline Captain. In addition, Robert has been the Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor and spent four years as the Training Manager for Initial Training at Transavia. Prior experience includes role as Sales and Training Manager at Blackshape Aircraft from July 2021 to June 2023 and as a First Officer at AIR ATLANTIQUE LIMITED from February 2004 to August 2005, where flying duties involved operating the Sa-227 Metroliner G-BUKA.
