Solène Richard is currently the CIO of Transavia France, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this role, Solène worked as the Data, OR & AI Manager at Air France-KLM from 2019 to 2025, where they led a team of approximately 60 data experts and played a pivotal role in the reorganization and transformation of the company’s Data department. Solène began their career with a data mining and modeling internship at RATP in 2013, after completing a Master of Engineering and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from Supélec and ETH Zürich, respectively.
