Stephan Verhoeven

Stephan Verhoeven is an experienced aerospace and engineering professional currently serving as the Head of Fleet & Technical Services at Transavia since September 2025. Previously, Stephan held various managerial roles at Damen Shipyards Group from June 2016 to September 2025, overseeing engineering and operations for high-speed craft in The Netherlands and Singapore. Prior to this, Stephan was the Director of Operations at Airborne Aerospace B.V. and the Programme Manager at Airborne Composites B.V., responsible for multiple departments including project management and production. Stephan's career began in the Ministerie van Defensie, serving as a Senior Member of Staff and Head of the Office for the F-16 airframe, and earlier as a Senior Research Engineer with the United States Air Force. Stephan holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology, attained between 1991 and 1998.
