Wessel P. is a Cyber Security Consultant currently contracted at Transavia since April 2022, focusing on enhancing SOC services through monitoring, process improvement, and project support. Concurrently, Wessel has been with Cyber7 since February 2021, engaging in technical assignments while also organizing Cyber Security events and lectures. Previous experience includes a role as a SOC Analyst/Engineer at the University of Amsterdam from March 2021 to March 2022, where Wessel supported SOC operations and contributed to SIEM solutions, and an internship at the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, developing Python tooling for SOC. Initial professional experience as a Junior Software Engineer at SURFnet involved maintaining code and developing a proof of concept for Wireguard implementation.
