Feda Elshaer

Feda Elshaer currently serves as the Director of Product Management at Transcarent, following the acquisition of Accolade in April 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Product Manager at Accolade, where Feda scaled personalized care recommendations and led cross-functional clinical engagement initiatives. Previously, at WithMe Health, Feda was Senior Manager of Clinical Informatics, steering the development of a clinical decision support engine and enhancing member outcomes. Transitioning from Evolent, Feda contributed as a Senior Data Analyst, leading pharmacy care management reporting and improving clinical quality measures. Feda's career began in administrative roles, including at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital and the Entertainment Industries Council, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and a Nutrition certificate from George Mason University.
