Kapil Ashar

Kapil Ashar is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Vice President of Software Engineering for Enterprise Data and Clinical Platform at Transcarent since April 2025. Previously, Kapil held the position of Vice President of Software Development at Accolade, Inc. from August 2016 to April 2025, where expertise was applied in developing high-quality data products and a world-class data platform, as well as leveraging machine learning and generative AI applications. Other roles include Senior Director of Data Analytics at Accolade and various leadership positions at Concur and Microsoft. Kapil holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology and several diplomas in electronics and computing.
