Ben Goodhead brings extensive experience in customer success and sales, currently holding the position of Strategic Customer Success Manager at Transcat since May 2008. Throughout the years at Transcat, Ben has also served as an Account Development Manager and an Inside Sales & Service Representative. Prior to Transcat, Ben worked in inside sales at Westcon Incorporated from May 2005 to August 2008. Ben is a graduate of Tigard High School, completing studies there from 2000 to 2004.
