Christopher Brown

Christopher Brown has extensive experience in the culinary and technical fields, currently serving as a Client Calibration Technician II at Transcat since January 2023, where responsibilities include conducting calibrations of test equipment in compliance with ISO/IEC:17025:2017 standards. Previously, Christopher contributed to operational efficiency as General Manager at El Rayo Taqueria, managing over 40 employees and boosting sales through the implementation of a new point of sale system. Experience also includes roles as Operations Manager at FYDELITY and Macarollin', Executive Chef at The North Point, and previous culinary positions at El Rayo Taqueria. Christopher holds an education from Southern Maine Community College.
