Eric Flood

Eric Flood is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Transcat since May 2015, Eric has a strong background that includes working as a Human Resources Manager at Cannon Industries, where responsibilities encompassed conducting phone screens, interviews, and new hire orientations, as well as maintaining OSHA compliance. Prior experience includes a Data Entry Specialist position at the University of Rochester Medical Center, and a Recruiter Co-op at Highland Hospital, where Eric managed candidate screening and recruitment processes. Educationally, Eric holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from St. John Fisher College, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Monroe Community College.
