Ross Lane is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Operations (Solutions) at Transcat since January 2024. Prior experience includes holding the position of Director of New Service Growth at NEXA | EAM, where responsibilities encompassed the growth of the Reliability and CQV departments, as well as overseeing new service adoption. Additional roles at NEXA involved serving as Director of Operations for the Americas and Operations Manager for the USA, managing project delivery in accordance with established plans. Ross's earlier expertise includes project management for the Calibration Optimization Project at Merck through a contracting role, as well as various instrumentation and calibration-related positions at Global Foundries, Vistakon, and Stryker Orthopaedics. Ross holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Applied Physics and Instrumentation from Munster Technological University.
