Eric Flood is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Transcat since May 2015, Eric has a strong background that includes working as a Human Resources Manager at Cannon Industries, where responsibilities encompassed conducting phone screens, interviews, and new hire orientations, as well as maintaining OSHA compliance.
