Riche Lim is a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group since August 2022 and a Transcend Fellow for early-stage founders focusing on the future of work and learning. Previously, Riche co-founded ErudiFi, an education financing startup in Southeast Asia, where roles included Philippines Country Manager and Chief Product Officer. Riche also served as a Lecturer at Ateneo de Manila University for nearly a decade, teaching finance and business strategy while developing learning modules. Experience includes leadership at the Stanford GSB Impact Fund, strategy analysis at Sea, and roles in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, among others. Riche holds an MBA from Stanford University and a B.S. in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University.
