Charlie Hocking

Charlie Hocking, PE, is the Founder and President of CSH Strategies, LLC, where they provide executive management and strategy consulting services to engineering and infrastructure companies. With over 24 years of experience at Hazen and Sawyer, including roles as Director of Strategic Planning and President, CEO, and Chairman, Charlie transformed the company into a national leader in water engineering. Prior to their current endeavors, Charlie held project management positions at CH2M and played a pivotal role in law enforcement and search and rescue missions while serving in the U.S. Coast Guard. They are also active as an Independent Director for several organizations and pursuing a Master of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Washington.
