Celeste Magnetico

Celeste Magnetico is a dedicated educator with a B.A. in English and a Minor in Education from the University of California, Berkeley. Having been influenced by their upbringing as a first-generation Latina from Boyle Heights, Celeste is committed to fostering educational equity and empowering underrepresented communities. They have held various roles, including Partner and Portfolio Director at Transcend, Operations Manager, and English Teacher at Making Waves Academy, where they designed culturally-relevant and standards-aligned curriculum. Currently, Celeste is pursuing a degree in Interdisciplinary Thai Studies at Thammasat University while continuing to advocate for diversity and inclusion in education.
