Leanna Lantz is an experienced educational leader with a strong background in curriculum and instruction. Currently serving as a School Design Partner at Transcend since August 2022, Leanna has previously held various roles at Perspectives Charter Schools, including VP Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, Humanities Instructional Leader, and Middle School English Teacher from July 2008 to July 2024. Earlier in her career, Leanna worked as a High School English Teacher for Teach For America from August 2006 to June 2008. Leanna holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago (2019-2020) and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Berea College (2002-2006).
