Bill Decker

Bill Decker has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Bill started their career in 1987 as a Technical Manager at International Paper's Veratec Division. Bill then worked at International Paper as a Plant Manager from 1993 to 1998. After that, they joined Neschen Corp. and held various positions, including Plant Manager, Director of Production Development and Technology, and Vice President of R&D Operations from 1998 to 2013. Bill then became a Partner at Elkridge Coating Technologies LLC, specializing in specialty coating and converting solutions, from 2013 to 2015. Bill then moved on to Transcendia, Inc. as a New Product/Business Development Manager from 2015 onwards. Bill joined Ritrama, Inc - USA in 2019 as a Technology and Process Manager until 2021. Following that, they retired for a brief period before joining Angus LLC as a Principal in 2022.

Bill Decker attended Bucknell University from 1975 to 1979, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. In 1995, they attended Columbia Business School for the Executive Marketing Management Program, and in 1996, they attended the same institution for the Executive Finance and Accounting Management Program.
