Chris Ngo

Chris Ngo has over 18 years of work experience in software quality assurance. Chris began their career in 2003 as a QA Automation Lead at ITG. In 2011, they became a Senior Software Engineer in Test at Spireon, Inc., where they created automation tests and performance load tests to achieve high test coverage, and assisted the CTO in building a high performance QA team. In 2013, they moved to Pacific Life as a Senior Automation Engineer. In 2018, they took on the role of QA Engineering Leader at Sony New Media Solutions, where they managed the QA team, estimated, prioritized and planned all OTT testing activities, and created team strategies and a QA Roadmap to improve quality engineering best practices. In 2020, they became the Lead SDET, QA at Metagenics. Currently, they are the Senior Manager of Software QA at Transcepta.

Chris Ngo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from UC Irvine. Chris also holds certifications from the Scrum Alliance, including a CSM and CSD.
